Recording Rates
(For all Recording or Recording Mixing Packages a 50% NON-Refundable Deposit is required to book sessions)

Studio Rate - $60 per hr (2hr minimum)
Mobile Rate - $30 per hr (2hr minimum)

Mixing Rates
(Mixing Rate is to be Paid in FULL to start Mixing Session - Payments are NON-Refundable) 2 Song Minimum
One Free Revision are given per Mix based on Package selected (*Extra Revisions Cost is $20 Per Song*)

2Track Stereo Beat & Vocals Tracks Mixing
$75 Per Song - 1 Free Revision (*Extra Revisions Cost is $20 Per Song*)

Full Mix per song (Track outs or Stems - Instruments plus Vocals)
$125 Per Song (up to 32 tracks) - 2 Free Revisions (*Extra Revisions Cost is $20 Per Song*)
$200 Per Song (33 tracks or more) -  2 Free Revisions (*Extra Revisions Cost is $20 Per Song*)

Graphic Design Rates
All Graphic work has a $30.00 minimum charge. 
All Graphic work will requires a 50% deposit to start design . Please email for quotes. 
 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

UriYah House Studios
WILL NOT RELEASE ANY DIGITAL FILES OR MEDIA IF THERE IS AN OUTSTANDING STUDIO BALANCE.

*All fees to be paid in full at the end of session. NO REFUNDS all sales are finale.*

UriYah House Studios LLC charges 5.3% Virginia Sales Tax.
UriYah House Studios LLC accepts Cash, PayPal, and most major Credit Cards.
All credit cards & Paypals will be charged a addition 3.5% Convenience Fee.

* Booking Studio time must be purchased at time of booking, 2 hours minimum for Tracking or 2 song minimum for Editing/Mixing, unless other arrangements are made with UriYah House Studios LLC.

* For more than 2 Hours Studio Time or to have us record and mix your EP or Album

* Clients MUST understand that NO illegal drugs, Controlled substances, alcohol or weapons are allowed in the Studio or on Premises.*

* Please understand your recording session begins at the Time Booked. If you arrive late you will be charged for the Time Booked, NOT the time of arrival.

* Clients must understand UriYah House Studios LLC is not responsible for storing or maintaining Clients files once Session 
is Completed.
 

There will be a $10 an hour fee attached to any session starting after 9pm (Sunday – Saturday)

Cancellations

1. A 50% NONE-REFUNDABLE deposit is required for all studio bookings. Tracking, or Tracking and Mixing Packages and will count towards the session deposit. Mixing Rate is due in full the time ofMixing Booking and is Non-Refundable.

2. Notice of client’s intent to cancel a session must be received prior to 72 hours (3 Days) to session start time to 
Reschedule Booking and reapply 50% deposit.

3. All cancellations less than 72 hours and greater than 24 hours from booked session will be charged the full 50% deposit, and will NOT be able to reapply 50% deposit upon rescheduled booking.

4. All cancellations less than 24 hours from booked session will forfeit 100% of the client booking fee and deposit.

5. At the discretion of UriYah House Studios if a client leaves before the session time is over or finishes the session early, client may for feit all remaining funds for the booked session.

All fees to be paid in full at the end of session. NO REFUNDS all sales final.
